JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering high-quality training, laboratory demonstrations, and applied research in Medical Laboratory Sciences. The role focuses on equipping learners with technical competence in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Parasitology, and Laboratory Quality Control procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To teach up to NTA Level 6 (Diploma).
• To prepare learning resources and set up laboratory practicals for students.
• To conduct research, seminars, laboratory practicals, and clinical case studies.
• To supervise hospital/field practicals and NTA Level 6 students' projects.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Medical Laboratory Sciences or Health Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered with the relevant professional regulatory body (e.g., Health Laboratory Practitioners Council).
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a hospital/laboratory field.
• CBET Training will be an added advantage.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must have working experience of not less than two (2) years in the same position.
