About the job

To provide strategic leadership and overall management of project implementation by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging stakeholders, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting financial inclusion and women's economic empowerment initiatives.

• Lead project implementation and provide overall technical and administrative leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Build partnerships with government institutions, development partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on VSLA/CMG, financial inclusion, and women's economic empowerment.
• Monitor project quality, reporting, risk management, and overall performance.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing development programmes.
• Experience in VSLA/CMG, financial inclusion, or women's economic empowerment.
• Experience working with Government programmes in Tanzania.
