About the Role

Akiba Commercial Bank Plc is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven HR professional to lead our people agenda and drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, and labour law compliance.
• Champion learning, leadership development, and talent retention.
• Provide strategic HR advisory support to Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field (Relevant master’s degree and professional certification are an additional advantage).
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
