  • Ensure all resources, including materials, packaging components, empties, and labour requirements, are available to execute approved plans.
  • Monitor production execution and adjust schedules where required to maintain service levels.

Inventory & Data Management

  • Manage master data and planning parameters within planning systems.
  • Maintain accurate product, resource, transportation, and inventory master data.
  • Ensure transactional data, including inventory levels, production plans, transfers, in-transit stock, and sales orders, is current and accurate.
  • Continuously review inventory performance and recommend actions to optimize stock holding and working capital.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report supply chain and planning KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Facilitate adherence to LCP planning routines, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for out-of-range KPIs using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ensure timely publication of reports and planning outputs in accordance with business requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through standardized work practices, SOPs, and Operational Work Diagnoses (OWDs).

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary link between Demand and Supply teams to ensure alignment on short-term plans.
  • Collaborate closely with SNP Planners, MRP Planners, Inventory Deployment Teams, Logistics Managers, Production Teams, Retpack Execution Specialists, and Zone Planning Teams.
  • Effectively communicate risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to key stakeholders.
