JOB DETAILS:
Tembo Mining and Resources Ltd is seeking a Production Director.
Responsibilities or duties
- Oversee plant operations, hydrometallurgical leaching processes, and copper production targets.
- Develop production schedules, operational budgets, and expansion plans.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzania Mining Commission, NEMC, and OSHA requirements.
- Optimize reagent consumption and metal recovery efficiency.
- Lead plant expansion, debottlenecking, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Qualifications or requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Extractive Metallurgy
- Mineral Processing Engineering
- Chemistry
Experience needed
- Proven executive leadership experience in industrial plant management.
- Registration with ERB or relevant professional body is preferred.
