Qualifications or requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field.

Experience needed

Minimum of 2–3 years of procurement or buying experience in FMCG, supermarkets, retail chains, fresh produce, or wholesale distribution.

• Procure FMCG products, pulses, fresh fruits, and vegetables.

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, rebates, and payment terms.
• Monitor market prices and product availability.
• Ensure quality standards for fresh produce and perishable products.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and category teams.
• Track supplier performance, lead times, and fill rates.
• Analyze sales trends and demand patterns.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
