Job Description

• Manage and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) through PIP
• Handle the end-to-end process of PIP, from initiation to
• Oversee and conduct Performance Management System (PMS) processes using PMS
• Plan and conduct Rewards & Recognition ceremonies, ensuring all organisational units are
