About the job

To drive sales growth and expand the company's customer base by promoting and selling spare parts for Chinese trucks, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and strengthens its market presence.
  • Engage with new clients while maintaining at least 90% customer retention.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and competitor activities while staying informed about new products and industry trends.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure successful sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in spare part sales.
  • Proven experience selling spare parts for Chinese trucks such as FAW, HOWO, and Shacman
  • Must have an existing client base within the truck spare parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and related products.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Good reporting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
