JOB DETAILS:
MOBILE HYDRA OPERATOR
Job Purpose
To safely operate mobile hydraulic cranes for lifting, positioning and transporting heavy materials and equipment.
Key Duties
- Conduct pre-operation inspections.
- Set up the crane safely.
- Operate hydraulic lifting equipment.
- Position and lift loads according to approved procedures.
- Ensure loads are properly secured before lifting.
- Coordinate with riggers and ground personnel.
- Observe load limits and lifting plans.
- Maintain equipment records.
- Report defects immediately.
- Follow lifting and occupational-safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant crane/mobile-hydra operator certification/licence.
- Demonstrated experience operating mobile hydraulic cranes.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
