We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Social Media Management Officer

(preferably female) to support the management of multiple client social media accounts and

create engaging digital content.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content using a smartphone, including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content. Monitor comments and messages, respond promptly, and engage with online communities. Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars. Track basic social media performance, monitor trends, and recommend content ideas to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is acceptable). Good understanding of major social media platforms. Content creation skills are an added advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Swahili. Creative, organized, proactive, and willing to learn Junior level, preferably female, creative, confident with social media, and willing to learn
