1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users in a timely manner.
3. Perform routine system backups and updates.
4. Set up workstations, printers, and other peripherals.

6. Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service logs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant academic qualifications for the position applied for.
