Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership and direction to branches, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service and to ensure that the branches are compliant on Audit and Compliance requirements.

Duties

• Leadership: Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
• Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the branch teams.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements/internal procedures and mitigate operational risks.
• Identify areas of improvements in processes and performance metrics to bring in more efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stakeholder management: build relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees and partners.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in Branch management or similar leadership role.
