• Integrate gender equality and social inclusion throughout programme activities.
• Conduct gender analysis and develop inclusive programme interventions.
• Provide technical guidance on women's economic empowerment initiatives.
• Promote safeguarding and inclusive practices across project implementation.
• Support stakeholders with gender mainstreaming and capacity-building initiatives.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Gender Studies, Sociology, Development Studies, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in gender programming.
• Experience in women's economic empowerment initiatives.
• Strong understanding of gender mainstreaming and safeguarding.
