Job Title: Fraud and Investigation Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead in-depth investigations into suspected fraud and non-fraud-related matters, ensuring a comprehensive approach to both internal and external issues.
• Prepare and review detailed investigation reports, recommending corrective actions, while ensuring compliance with legal protocols and internal policies.
• Promote effective collaboration within Yas, Mixx by Yas, and other related and the group (Axian Telecom) on fraud, investigation, cybersecurity, and training to raise awareness on fraud prevention techniques and cybersecurity fraud.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with law enforcement and other government agencies to support fraud investigations.
• Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to augment security measures against phishing, hacking, and data breaches.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Forensic or other related fields.
• 7 years’ experience in fraud investigation and cyber security, preferably telecom industrial sector.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills, and confidence in interrogating data, processes, and interviewing stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct multi-source investigations in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Good understanding and appreciation of financial crime risk management practices and applicable laws and regulations.
