Required qualifications and experience

  • University degree, preferably in business administration/Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within the industry with Minimum of 5 years work experience.

Core responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor partner shop performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and targets.

Channel Engagement & Support – Serve as the main contact for partner shops, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.

Training & Capability Building – Deliver training and support to enhance partner teams’ product knowledge and service standards.

Reporting & Insights – Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to support decision-making.

Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across partner shops.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for performance improvement
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic telecom environment.
