About Mwiba Holdings Limited

Mwiba Holdings Limited is a registered Tanzanian company under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 212) and a leading hospitality company with operations in Arusha, Meatu, Maswa – Simiyu, and Mara regions.

The company is seeking five experienced Safari Guides to join its team. Successful candidates will be based in Mwiba – Maswa and may be required to rotate to other company properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead guest tours in line with company standards, providing engaging and informative commentary while ensuring guest safety, comfort, satisfaction, and a high level of service.
• Organise routes, schedules, and activities based on guest itineraries, weather conditions, and park regulations.
• Coordinate permits and alternative activities when required.
• Respond effectively to operational changes and emergencies.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, punctuality, uniform, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with company, park, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, guests, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Certificate in Driving or a certificate from a recognised vocational institution.
• Valid driving licence.
• At least 5 years of professional driving experience.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience as a Safari Guide.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to support operational needs as required.
