Eligibility Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5+ years in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data warehousing, with proven experience on data transformation focusing on post-loaded data manipulation.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Transformation & Modelling – Design and implement scalable data transformation layers and business-ready data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Process Mapping & Optimization – Document current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes using appropriate tools.
• Data Quality & Governance – Establish data quality controls, documentation standards, and governance frameworks to ensure metric consistency.
• Stakeholder & Business Alignment – Translate business requirements and logic into standardized, reusable data models, SQL, or dbt code.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with data engineering, BI, analytics, and business teams to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver value.

• Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries for large-scale datasets.
• Deep understanding of data modelling concepts.
