JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Collect, enter, and maintain agricultural data to support decision-making and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data on crop production, inputs, yields, and weather.
- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in analysis and presentation of data.
- Maintain data confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Statistics, Agriculture, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years' experience in data entry/records.
Skills & Competencies:
- MS Excel and database software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Reporting
- Time management
