Background

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a reliable, organized, and results-driven Courier Manager to join a reputable logistics and delivery company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily courier operations, managing delivery teams, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day courier and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage courier staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and cost efficiency.
• Monitor parcel tracking systems and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure proper utilization of delivery assets.
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes and service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in courier, logistics, or delivery management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or delivery management software.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of local routes and logistics operations regions.
