Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, and Coal Mill (including auxiliary equipment) from the Central Control Room (CCR) during assigned shifts.
• Coach and train CCR operators to enhance operational efficiency, improve production output, and reduce production costs.
• Coordinate autonomous maintenance with shift attendants to achieve targeted plant availability for raw meal and clinker production.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and take prompt action to maintain stable and continuous equipment operation.
• Ensure full implementation of ISO Systems and Safety Standards within the Production Department.
• Maintain product quality standards by ensuring all outputs meet internal quality specifications.
• Continuously assess and work on personal development needs and identified improvement areas.
• Relieve fellow CCR Operators during their leave periods as required.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by management.
• Type: Locals Only (Tanzanian Nationals)

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry
• Basic knowledge of cement production
