JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Supervise bush clearing and land development operations, ensuring timely and safe execution of land preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise bush clearing, land leveling, and development activities.
- Allocate machinery and labor to tasks.
- Monitor progress against schedules and budgets.
- Ensure safe operation of heavy machinery.
- Coordinate with surveyors and engineers.
- Maintain daily progress reports.
- Enforce HSE standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in land development/bush clearing, with 2+ years supervisory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Project supervision
- Machinery coordination
- HSE management
- Reporting
