JOB DETAILS:
Background
The Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS), owned by the Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC), is located at Bugando, Mwanza. The university currently trains over 3,500 students across various medical and health-related disciplines and is seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following positions.
Purpose
To provide leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and effective management of financial resources.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Professional accountancy qualification: CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of six years’ work experience in a similar position (preferably in higher learning).
- Expert knowledge in international accounting and integrated IT accounting systems (e.g., Sage).
Foreign Certificates
Applicants with foreign certificates must attach recognition from TCU.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 72
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
