JOB DETAILS:
BULLDOZER OPERATOR
Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently operate bulldozers for land clearing, grading, levelling, earthmoving and estate-development activities.
Key Duties
- Conduct pre-start machinery inspections.
- Operate bulldozers according to site instructions.
- Clear vegetation and debris.
- Push, spread and level soil.
- Support road construction and land-development activities.
- Monitor machine performance.
- Report mechanical problems immediately.
- Carry out basic operator-level maintenance.
- Maintain accurate machine-hour records.
- Follow site safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid heavy-equipment operator certification/licence as applicable.
- Proven experience operating bulldozers.
- Knowledge of construction and land-development safety.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
