JOB DETAILS:

Background

Songwe Regional Referral Hospital is one of the Regional Referral Hospitals under the Ministry of Health, established in 2018 and governed by the 2018 Guidelines for the Operation of Regional Referral Hospitals. The hospital is located in Songwe Region, Mbozi District, Hasamba Ward. The hospital is in the Nsenya area, four (4) kilometers from the main road.

Qualifications

Applicants should have completed Form Four (IV) or Six (VI) with a Diploma in Accounting from a Government-recognized College, plus a computer certificate; those with experience in using computers will be given priority.

Duties and Responsibilities

i. To sit at the payment counter for customers.

ii. To prepare a "control number" for customers.

iii. To issue payment receipts after the customer has paid for services.

iv. To follow up on debts in the wards for customers who have not paid for services.

v. To prepare revenue reports at the end of the shift and hand them over to the incoming accountant and the Head of Department.

vi. To reconcile revenue in revenue systems and bank accounts.

vii. The applicant should be ready to work in Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts.

viii. To perform other duties assigned by his/her superior related to his/her education, experience and skills.

• Form Four education completion certificate.
• Form Six education completion certificate for those who completed.
• Academic certificate.
• 1 Passport photo.
• License from relevant councils.

Each applicant should attach a copy of the NIDA ID or NIDA number.

Submission of forged information and qualifications; the culprits will be taken to legal action.
