A Leading Sisal Estate in Tanga Region Is Inviting Applications from Qualified Candidates:
For The Position of: Accounts Manager

Job Scope
To effectively and efficiently manage the Estate Finance, Accounts and function.
Job Description
The role entails managing the following key aspects within the company:
• Maintain Financial Accounts
• Ensure all Statutory Compliances
• Prepare Financial / MIS Reports
• Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Efficient Funds Management
• Maintain Banking Relationships
• Exercise internal Control and Audits
• Support Exports and Commercial functions

Position Requirements Education:
Qualifications; CPA or ACA or ACCA or equivalent

Professional Experience And Requirements:
• 5-7 Years in a similar function or role
• Preference to candidates who have worked in similar Plantation or Estates

Location
The position is based on the estate in Lugongo -Tanga Region and reports to the General Manager

Education Requirement: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60
