ACCOUNTANT – CPA
Job Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the company's financial planning and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and support cash management.
- Prepare budgets and assist with financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
- Support audits by preparing relevant financial documentation.
- Monitor expenditure and identify financial discrepancies.
- Provide management with accurate financial information for decision-making.
- Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA qualification is required.
- Relevant accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
