Position Summary:

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Work with other staff as a team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with menu items, promotions, and special events.
