JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Operate various tractor attachments for multiple agricultural and land development tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors with various implements (ploughs, harrows, trailers, mowers, etc.).
- Perform daily checks and basic maintenance.
- Follow field operation instructions.
- Maintain logs of hours, fuel, and work done.
- Report faults promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid tractor operator license/certification.
- 3+ years' experience with multiple implements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Versatility with implements
- Machine care
- Safety awareness
