JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Manage Bookings & Itineraries
- Ensure smooth information flow within the team for seamless operations
- Communicate and coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers
- Maintain records, monitor progress, and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Canva, email & WhatsApp communication)
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili, with excellent communication skills
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree and passion for travel and client servicing
- Based in Dar es Salaam, with flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, plus occasional weekend availability
