ABOUT THIS ROLE

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in  Training and Development.
• Experience in  training needs assessment and planning.
• Skilled in maintaining training records and reports.

• Capability to coordinate technical, safety, behavioral, and competency-based training.
• Knowledge of learning and development practices for employee competency and performance improvement.

• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work effectively in a cement plant/industrial setting.

• Designing and delivering various training programs, including technical and safety training.
• Developing annual and monthly training plans aligned with company goals.
• Maintaining accurate training records and attendance registers.
• Collaborating with departments to identify skill gaps.
• Supporting onboarding for new employees and contractors.
• Coordinating with external training providers and regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Supporting performance improvement through targeted learning.
