JOB DETAILS:
Background
This role is within the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on managing territories in Dar es Salaam and Mwanza. The company is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee dealer operations and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate & manage dealer contracts while enforcing credit policies & MOA compliance.
- Uphold & promote HSSEQ standards across all dealer & station operations.
- Monitor & control dealer performance to prevent stock-outs & ensure operational continuity.
- Develop & grow new and existing business in line with company policies & agreed terms.
- Analyze territory profitability & site performance to drive improved commercial results.
- Coach, support & manage retailers to improve operations, address underperformance & enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA), Commerce or related field focus on Marketing.
- +3 years' experience in sales, including retail network & brand management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across customers, regulators & internal teams.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with sound decision-making ability.
- High integrity, creativity, teamwork & risk awareness with a strong focus on efficiency.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
