Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Agent Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands on experience in sales, customer engagement, and the courier industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Promote and explain our courier and fulfillment services to prospective customers.
Assist in maintaining accurate client records and reports.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
