Reveurse Tanzania Company Limited, acting as procurement agent on behalf of YUDI Mining (Tanzania) Graphite Development Co. Ltd, hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of power line materials to support the construction of a 33kV Medium Voltage Double Circuit Line measuring approximately 91.6 kilometers from Msamvu to Duthumi in Morogoro Region.

Required Materials

The required materials include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-Stressed Concrete Poles (13m and 15m)
• Conductors (150mm² ACSR)
• 33kV Pin and Post Insulators
• Transformers and Voltage Regulators
• Cables (185mm² HT Cable and Accessories)
• Termination Kits and Lugs
• Stay Rods, Clamps, Bolts & Nuts, Tie Rods
• Surge Arrestors and Lightning Protection
• Other related electrical accessories and components

Qualification Requirements

All interested suppliers must demonstrate the following:

• Proven capability to deliver high-quality power line materials on time and in full.
• All materials must comply with relevant Tanzanian and international standards and be accompanied by valid test certificates or certificates of conformity.
• Ability to provide warranties and after-sales technical support where applicable.
• Supplier to provide a detailed list of materials that correspond with this project and including the total price.
• Valid business license for electrical materials and TIN.
• TRA Tax Clearance Certificate (current).
• Product catalogs, data sheets, and test certificates.
• Client references for similar projects (last 5 years).
• Proposed delivery schedule.
• Quotation/pricing in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
• Payment terms and validity of the offer.
• Bank details and company profile.
