JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
Operate soil compactors to compact earthworks, roads, and foundations to required density.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate compactor on roads, dams, and building foundations.
- Achieve required compaction levels per specification.
- Perform daily checks and maintenance.
- Maintain logs and report faults.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid compactor operator certification.
- 2+ years' experience in compaction works.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of compaction standards
- Machine operation and care
- Safety awareness
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: professional certificate
