Job Description

-Manage the recruitment process from advertising job vacancies to receiving new employees (recruitment & onboarding).

-Prepare and manage employment contracts, employee documents and all HR records.

-Manage attendance, leave, employee performance and discipline in accordance with labor laws.

-Advise management on human resources and workplace relations issues.

-Coordinate training and employee development programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Have a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field.

-Have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources work.

-Have a good understanding of Tanzanian Labor Laws and employment procedures.

-Have a good ability to prepare employment contracts, policies and HR documents.

-Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and human resource management systems (HRIS) will be an advantage.

-Have good communication, work planning and conflict resolution skills.
