Role Summary

This role seeks a highly experienced Renewable Energy Engineer who is technically sound and dynamic in leading client interactions, solution design, sales discussions, and project implementation. This position blends technical engineering expertise with strategic marketing and sales responsibility, acting as a bridge between innovation and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for solar PV systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
• Assess sites, perform load analysis, and develop energy models.
• Oversee project execution, quality control, and commissioning.
• Work with the sales team to translate client needs into engineering solutions.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and technical sales presentations.
• Collaborate with procurement and installation teams for timely project delivery.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum of 1–5 years’ hands-on experience in solar PV system design and deployment.
• Strong understanding of batteries (LiFePO_4), inverters, and grid-tied/off-grid systems.
• Proficient in solar design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
• Experience in customer engagement, technical marketing, and proposal writing.
• Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
