Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, generators, and processing equipment.
• Lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment.
• Supervise & guide junior mechanics & technicians during repair work.
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently to support continuous farm & processing operations.
• Inspect mechanical systems regularly to identify faults & prevent breakdowns.
• Coordinate with farm operations, production & engineering teams on equipment performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience gained within this period.
• Strong experience working with farm machinery, heavy equipment & mechanical systems.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines & rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings & technical manuals.
