JOB DETAILS:

The Senior Manager Data Centre is a critical role within the Operations Department, reporting to the Chief Manager – Infrastructure. This position involves managing data centre infrastructure services, including power, ventilation, cooling, and equipment racking, while ensuring 24/7 operational support. Key responsibilities include implementing cybersecurity best practices, managing infrastructure security measures, and maintaining backup systems for UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments. The role also requires strategic planning to modernize infrastructure, manage ICT risks, and align with the bank’s ICT strategy. Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 16 years of relevant experience and certifications such as VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), ITIL, Linux Administration, or Microsoft Administration. Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, along with TCB’s core values of Customer Focus, Trustworthiness, Creativity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
