JOB DETAILS:
The Senior Manager, Credit Analysis, within the Credit Department, reports to the Chief Manager – Credit Appraisal. This role focuses on evaluating the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses to ensure financial stability. Responsibilities include financial analysis (ratio, balance sheet, and cash flow), preparing credit applications with Relationship Managers, and ensuring compliance with the bank’s lending manual. Candidates need a Master’s Degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or Entrepreneurship, with 16 years of experience in credit operations and portfolio monitoring. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and alignment with TCB’s core values are essential.
