JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting the company's assets, property, and personnel by developing security protocols and managing the security team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Supervise security personnel, manage shift schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor surveillance systems, access control points, and patrol reports.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments of the facility.
  Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma; security certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a port, industrial, or high-security environment is preferred.
• Strong observational and leadership skills.
