JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview
As a professionally trained Security Officer at G4S, you will be responsible for safeguarding premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, factories, ports, and airports. Your duties will include:
- Conducting foot or vehicle patrols
- Controlling access at entry points
- Securing equipment, property, and people
- Monitoring CCTV and surveillance system
- Responding to emergency situations
- Detecting and preventing criminal activity
Additional Opportunities
Security Officers may also transition into specialized roles such as:
- Site Supervisors & Operations Managers – Overseeing teams and client relations
- Close Protection/Bodyguards – Often filled by ex-armed forces personnel
