Eliot Company Ltd, trading as Active Mama Products, is a processing company specializing in baby-care, family-care, and wellness products.

We are seeking a Sales Cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities while also handling basic accounting and financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales, invoices, and receipts
• Record daily sales and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle customer accounts and follow up on payments
• Prepare basic financial reports (cash book, sales report, expenses)
• Assist with stock/inventory records

Requirements:

• BSc in Accounting,
• Proven experience in sales and basic accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting records and sales processes
• Ability to use accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
