Responsibilities

1. Actively sell bookings for both safari camps, focusing on maximizing occupancy and revenue.
2. Visit each camp (at company cost) to understand the product offering, facilities, and guest experience.
3. Conduct market research and web searches to understand competitors and identify opportunities.
4. Open new markets and target potential clients, both individually and through business networks.
5. Revive and follow up on requests from previous agents or past customers.
6. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
7. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in safari camp sales, tourism, or related fields.
2. Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
4. Competent in using web tools for market research and competitor analysis.
5. Ability to work independently and manage performance-based incentives.
6. Comfortable with travel to safari camps to understand the product.
