Job Description:

Recruitment Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with hiring departments to clarify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.

Talent Acquisition & Screening

    • Source and screen resumes based on job specifications.
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
    • Follow up on interview feedback to ensure timely decision-making.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Assist in compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
  • Issue offer letters and manage background checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding procedures to ensure smooth employee integration.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the company’s HR system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and metrics.

Event & Logistics Support

    • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
    • Prepare promotional materials and coordinate logistics as needed. 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
