JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary: The Record Clerk is responsible for the systematic management, filing, storage, and retrieval of the company's physical and electronic documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, file, and archive company documents, both physical and digital.
- Maintain databases and record-keeping systems for easy retrieval.
- Retrieve files and documents for authorized personnel upon request.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive records.
- Assist in the disposal of records according to the company's data retention policy.
Qualifications & Experience: - High school diploma.
- Proven experience as a record clerk or in a similar filing role.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
- Good understanding of filing systems and databases.

Level of Education: associate degree
