Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost management and project control within the construction industry, particularly in housing or road projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender and contract documents for construction projects.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and enforce strict cost control on expenditures.
  • Monitor project budgets and prepare accurate financial reports.
  • Evaluate and manage variations and contractual claims.
  • Value completed works and coordinate timely payments.
  • Liaise with engineers, site managers, and clients to ensure project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Registration as a Quantity Surveyor (QS/OS) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housing or road construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other cost management tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
