Responsibilities

• Soil automotive spare parts and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop new prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and products.
• Prepare quotations, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Provide accurate product information based on updated product and service knowledge.
• Receive, check, and control stock; maintain a clean and organized store room.
• Ensure all customer service standards and commitments are met.
• Seek Parts Manager approval for special pricing requests.
• Maintain good customer contacts through calls and regular visits.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma (Form 6) or certification in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in automotive parts sales (preferred).
• Computer litorate (MS Office and basic sales systems).
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
