JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

The Parts Sales Officer is responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories to retail customers and workshop technicians. The role involves identifying correct parts, processing transactions, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and locate correct parts for customers using catalogs and computer systems.
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information.
• Process cash, credit, and invoice transactions at the point of sale.
• Advise customers on part compatibility and installation requirements.
• Receive and stock incoming shipments.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting cycle counts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Strong customer service and math skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
