Background information about the job or company:
The Operations Manager will oversee the company's overall import and export operations with a deep understanding of port operations and logistics processes.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Negotiate with transporters and onboard new transport partners
- Oversee import and export operations
- Take ownership of tasks
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management
- Strong knowledge of port tariffs for LCL, FCL, and break-bulk cargo
Experience needed:
Ability to work independently and oversee import and export operations
