Background
Karimjee is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions based at Sokoine Drive, Dar es Salaam.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Ability to oversee reception services, supervise Receptionists and coordinate staff coverage.
- Strong office administration, executive support and meeting coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate facilities, maintenance requirements and service providers.
- Professional communication, teamwork and a proactive approach to resolving office issues.
- High standards of discretion and confidentiality when supporting executives.
